- Digital transformation - Developing solutions with the objective of maximizing the knowledge of the Customer and its ecosystems, developing new business models, streamlining processes, making the company more efficient and effective, and with a service cost optimized to the business model.
- Innovation - Developing innovation concepts, disruptive or evolutionary, that allow the creation of unique business models.

- Develop - Development of solutions with organizational involvement, discipline of action, leadership development, measurement of results and continuous reassessment.
- Implement - Develops a roll out plan that guarantees capturing the defined objectives and implementing a control and follow-up process.
